industry is small, just 9% of directors are
women. The two of the main reasons the
number is so small is of discouragement
and rejection.

Woman need to stop accepting what many people think about them being a director and start standing up and taking charge. Take steps to become a better director and push yourself to excel in this industry, even though many people still find the thought of a woman director hard to deal with. It’s an uphill battle and women need to fight for this.
