• Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC)!
• PFCC is our Nursing Care Delivery System. It’s
based on the fact that patients and their
families have the right to know everything you
know about the patient’s care and condition.
• It’s a partnership to ensure we are meeting the
specific and individualized needs of each
patient and their families.
