CyberWealth University
CyberWealth University (CWU) is a Training Program that was created by
Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. (CWA Inc.) with a dual purpose in mind:
1. To provide a regular, high quality live event training series for our
members in the fields of networking, business, finances and personal
development. It is our belief that education plays a major part of what
makes the difference between a successful and an unsuccessful
person, between the wealthy and the poor. Our training program is
designed to give our members plenty of knowledge about how to
build a successful business, how to leverage money to earn even more
money, how to invest wisely, how to handle finances in general, how
to protect your own assets, how to improve yourself to become the
person that you wish to become. These live trainings events will be
held by professionals who have achieved success, they breathe it, they
live it.
2. Quality live training events are something that people want to attend
and usually pay a lot of money for. We decided to motivate our
members even more by making these live event tickets
commissionable and create a bonus structure that makes it possible
for our members to earn substantial income by encouraging their
downline to attend these events and keep learning.

Our compensation structure for the University however was not created to
take away the focus of our main purpose, which is to protect families and
businesses from online theft. It is just a very nice addition, that we believe
will raise our members’ desire to attend our trainings.
Remember, the product of the University is event tickets that you and your
team would buy anyway. Besides giving you the opportunity to get trained,
we are also giving you an opportunity to get paid for helping your downline
to get trained. Why? Because we do care about your success and because
it’s a situation where everyone wins.
A portion of the ticket price will be used for organizing and doing the live
training series, and a portion will be used to compensate you for helping
your team to become successful by learning.

CWU Commission Structure
There are 3 package options, and 3 types of commissions in the
CyberWealth University (CWU) Program that will make it possible for you
to earn from infinite depth and width of your downline.
In order to qualify for these bonuses, you need to be an Active member of
CyberWealth 7 and you need to purchase one of the CWU packages as well.
Those Sales Partners, who become inactive in the CyberWealth 7 program,
or do not wish to purchase an event package, will not earn commissions
from the CWU program. The commissions will dynamically compress and
roll up past them to the next active upline sponsor who purchased one of
the CWU ticket packages.
If a Sales Partner decides later to become qualified to participate in the
CWU program, they can start earning CWU commissions on their downline
from that point forward, but only on new CWU package sales. The new sales
on their lines will be paid to them from that point on. In other words, the
personal lines and the coding relationships are set in the CW7 program. But
one can only access University bonuses, once they purchase a CWU
package.

$400 / 4 CWU Live Event Tickets

Matching Coded Bonus on Platinum sales
$3,000 to $10,000 MEGA CASH BONUSES

and 2 Years of Tuition Bonuses

2. Infinity Coded Bonus
CWU Infinity Coded Bonuses are similar to our CyberWealth 7 Software
Compensation Plan except these are one time bonuses.
Every Sales Partners’ coded lines are established in CW7. Your 1st, 3rd, and
5th personal Sales Partners are coded to you, plus all personal Sales Partners
from the 7th on to unlimited width. You will receive a Coded Bonus on
your coded personals when they purchase one of the CWU packages, and
also if and when they purchase them again.
These personals will also receive a coded bonus on their 1st, 3rd, and 5th
personal sale and from the 7th on. And you will receive a Coded Bonus on
their 2nd, 4th, and 6th personal sales! And not only on them!
YOU WILL RECEIVE Coded Bonuses on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th personal
sales of every Sales Partners who were coded to you, to infinite depth.
The Coded Bonus amount is $25 regardless of which package has been
purchased.

3. Matching Coded Bonuses (100%)
The CWU Matching Coded Bonuses are somewhat DIFFERENT than the
CyberWealth 7 matching bonuses, so study it carefully to make sure you
understand it well.

SILVER MEMBERS:
There are NO Matching Coded Bonuses paid to Silver members.

GOLD MEMBERS:
For all active Gold Members a 1 Level 100% Matching Coded Bonus is
paid on all GOLD and PLATINUM packages sold by their personals. If their
personal is not participating in the program, the coded and matching
bonuses will dynamically compress and roll up to the next active upline
University Sponsor.

PLATINUM MEMBERS:
For all active Platinum Members a 1 Level 100% Matching Coded
Bonus is paid on all GOLD and 3 Levels of 100% Matching Coded Bonus
is paid on all PLATINUM packages sold by their personals. If their personal
is not participating in the program, the coded and matching bonuses will
dynamically compress and roll up to the next active upline University
Sponsor.

The computer program for the matching coded bonus will always
search for the 3 next available qualified upline members to pay the
bonus.

4. Mega Cash Bonuses
Mega Cash Bonuses are paid to CWU members over and over multiple
times on accumulated sales in their downline based on the following rules:
The CWU member’s personal lines are counted toward the Mega Cash
Bonuses, plus a company-wide Power Leg, which will benefit every member.
A total of 100 CWU package sales must be accumulated in one’s
downline in order for ONE Mega Cash Bonus cycle to be completed. Out
of those 100 sales no more than 34 can count from a single leg.
Subsequently, at least 3 separate lines are needed for the Mega Cash
Bonus to be earned.
Every CWU member’s first personal CWU sale will become their
company-wide POWER LEG. All sales that are happening in the
company are going to be placed in that Power Leg, in the time order
of the package purchase. No matter what package someone starts
with, it will lock their position in the Power Leg, and every other sale
company-wide will be placed below that position in the future, as
long as the member is eligible for the bonuses.
Every CWU member’s first personal CWU sale will be the one that
makes them eligible to access the Power Leg. It also opens up their
downline for the sales counts toward the Mega Cash Bonuses.
The second personal of the CWU member, though it will also be placed
in the Power Leg as a position, will be counted as the CWU member’s 2nd
leg. The third personal leg will be their 3rd leg, the fourth will be their 4th
and so on. One will have as many personal CWU legs as they have in CW7.
Everyone will be placed into the Power Leg as well, but the Personal
Enrollment Tree (or personal lineage) will determine how many separate
legs a member will have that will count toward their Mega Cash Bonuses.

Here are a few diagrams that can help understand this concept better:

In your Power Leg, your first personal CWU line will count
toward your Mega Cash Bonuses, plus everyone who is not in your
downline. Your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. personal lines, though they will be
PLACED in the Power Leg, will count as separate legs toward your
Mega Cash Bonuses.

Any time you cycle with a Mega Cash Bonus, you will earn a
considerable amount. The amount will depend on what your own package
is, and also on how many Platinum sales happened in your downline
during that cycle.

For one cycle to be completed for a Mega Cash Bonus, the computer
program will:

Look for all legs that have any new sales in that cycle.
Once those legs are identified, it will count the sales in a timely order.
It will not count more than 34 new sales in any leg for one cycle.
On the Power Leg it will search for Platinum sales first and will count
those first before any other package sales.
On the Lineage legs it will count every sale in the order of the date of
the sale.
It will look for width first and only then the depth on each level.
Once the 100 sales needed for the cycle are achieved, the computer
program closes the cycle.
The Mega Cash Bonus is generated for the CWU member, based on
their own package and the number of Platinum sales in that cycle.
The computer program resets the sales numbers on all Lineage legs to
ZERO, but takes away only 34 from the Power Leg.
A new cycle starts and the counting of new sales begins on all lines
toward the next Mega Cash Bonus.

5. Upgrades
Every CWU member has the opportunity to upgrade to a higher
package any time they feel ready to do so. However, there is a certain time
limit as to when can you upgrade during a Mega Cash Bonus cycle.
You can upgrade in the beginning of a bonus cycle, before the sales
counter in your back office reaches 25 new sales out of a 100. Once
the 25 is reached, your position will be “locked-in” for that cycle, and even
though you can still upgrade, your Mega Cash Bonus for that cycle will be
paid at the level that you were on when your total new sales reached 25. Of
course, your upgrade will result in higher bonuses for you in the next cycle.
When upgrading, you will only have to pay the price difference
between the package you were on, and the package that you wish to have.
There will be no matching bonuses paid on upgrades, but an upgrade
commission for the coded Sponsor. The upgrade commission is $25 when
a Silver upgrades to Gold or a Gold upgrades to Platinum, and $50 when a
Silver upgrades to Platinum.

There are no limits to the number of cycles that can be
completed and the amount of Mega bonuses that can be earned! You
can cycle for thousands of dollars over and over, you can earn
unlimited amount of bonuses, as long as you make sure that the
importance of our live training events are duplicated all over your
downline.
Because let’s never forget the real purpose here. The real
purpose is to make sure that your people are well trained in their
networking skills, in their general business skills, and develop
financial skills and intelligence that will make it possible for them to
keep and multiply what they earn. Personal development and
motivational trainings will also help them to become the person that
can achieve the dreams they wish to achieve. Competent, educated
people will create a successful network, and a successful network can
create financial freedom.

  • 2. CyberWealth University CyberWealth University (CWU) is a Training Program that was created by Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. (CWA Inc.) with a dual purpose in mind: 1. To provide a regular, high quality live event training series for our members in the fields of networking, business, finances and personal development. It is our belief that education plays a major part of what makes the difference between a successful and an unsuccessful person, between the wealthy and the poor. Our training program is designed to give our members plenty of knowledge about how to build a successful business, how to leverage money to earn even more money, how to invest wisely, how to handle finances in general, how to protect your own assets, how to improve yourself to become the person that you wish to become. These live trainings events will be held by professionals who have achieved success, they breathe it, they live it. 2. Quality live training events are something that people want to attend and usually pay a lot of money for. We decided to motivate our members even more by making these live event tickets commissionable and create a bonus structure that makes it possible for our members to earn substantial income by encouraging their downline to attend these events and keep learning. Our compensation structure for the University however was not created to take away the focus of our main purpose, which is to protect families and businesses from online theft. It is just a very nice addition, that we believe will raise our members’ desire to attend our trainings. Remember, the product of the University is event tickets that you and your team would buy anyway. Besides giving you the opportunity to get trained, we are also giving you an opportunity to get paid for helping your downline to get trained. Why? Because we do care about your success and because it’s a situation where everyone wins. A portion of the ticket price will be used for organizing and doing the live training series, and a portion will be used to compensate you for helping your team to become successful by learning. ©2013 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. CWU Commission Structure There are 3 package options, and 3 types of commissions in the CyberWealth University (CWU) Program that will make it possible for you to earn from infinite depth and width of your downline. In order to qualify for these bonuses, you need to be an Active member of CyberWealth 7 and you need to purchase one of the CWU packages as well. Those Sales Partners, who become inactive in the CyberWealth 7 program, or do not wish to purchase an event package, will not earn commissions from the CWU program. The commissions will dynamically compress and roll up past them to the next active upline sponsor who purchased one of the CWU ticket packages. If a Sales Partner decides later to become qualified to participate in the CWU program, they can start earning CWU commissions on their downline from that point forward, but only on new CWU package sales. The new sales on their lines will be paid to them from that point on. In other words, the personal lines and the coding relationships are set in the CW7 program. But one can only access University bonuses, once they purchase a CWU package. 1.   • 4. 2. Infinity Coded Bonus CWU Infinity Coded Bonuses are similar to our CyberWealth 7 Software Compensation Plan except these are one time bonuses. Every Sales Partners’ coded lines are established in CW7. Your 1st, 3rd, and 5th personal Sales Partners are coded to you, plus all personal Sales Partners from the 7th on to unlimited width. You will receive a Coded Bonus on your coded personals when they purchase one of the CWU packages, and also if and when they purchase them again. These personals will also receive a coded bonus on their 1st, 3rd, and 5th personal sale and from the 7th on. And you will receive a Coded Bonus on their 2nd, 4th, and 6th personal sales! And not only on them! YOU WILL RECEIVE Coded Bonuses on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th personal sales of every Sales Partners who were coded to you, to infinite depth.   • 5. 3. Matching Coded Bonuses (100%) The CWU Matching Coded Bonuses are somewhat DIFFERENT than the CyberWealth 7 matching bonuses, so study it carefully to make sure you understand it well. SILVER MEMBERS: There are NO Matching Coded Bonuses paid to Silver members. GOLD MEMBERS: For all active Gold Members a 1 Level 100% Matching Coded Bonus is paid on all GOLD and PLATINUM packages sold by their personals. If their personal is not participating in the program, the coded and matching bonuses will dynamically compress and roll up to the next active upline University Sponsor. PLATINUM MEMBERS: For all active Platinum Members a 1 Level 100% Matching Coded Bonus is paid on all GOLD and 3 Levels of 100% Matching Coded Bonus is paid on all PLATINUM packages sold by their personals. If their personal is not participating in the program, the coded and matching bonuses will dynamically compress and roll up to the next active upline University Sponsor. The computer program for the matching coded bonus will always search for the 3 next available qualified upline members to pay the bonus. ©2013 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. (11.13) Page 5

Mega Cash Bonuses Mega Cash Bonuses are paid to CWU members over and over multiple times on accumulated sales in their downline based on the following rules: The CWU member’s personal lines are counted toward the Mega Cash Bonuses, plus a company-wide Power Leg, which will benefit every member. A total of 100 CWU package sales must be accumulated in one’s downline in order for ONE Mega Cash Bonus cycle to be completed. Out of those 100 sales no more than 34 can count from a single leg. Subsequently, at least 3 separate lines are needed for the Mega Cash Bonus to be earned. Every CWU member’s first personal CWU sale will become their company-wide POWER LEG. All sales that are happening in the company are going to be placed in that Power Leg, in the time order of the package purchase. No matter what package someone starts with, it will lock their position in the Power Leg, and every other sale company-wide will be placed below that position in the future, as long as the member is eligible for the bonuses. Every CWU member’s first personal CWU sale will be the one that makes them eligible to access the Power Leg. It also opens up their downline for the sales counts toward the Mega Cash Bonuses. The second personal of the CWU member, though it will also be placed in the Power Leg as a position, will be counted as the CWU member’s 2nd leg. The third personal leg will be their 3rd leg, the fourth will be their 4th and so on. One will have as many personal CWU legs as they have in CW7. Everyone will be placed into the Power Leg as well, but the Personal Enrollment Tree (or personal lineage) will determine how many separate legs a member will have that will count toward their Mega Cash Bonuses. ©2013 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. Here are a few diagrams that can help understand this concept better: In your Power Leg, your first personal CWU line will count toward your Mega Cash Bonuses, plus everyone who is not in your downline. Your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. personal lines, though they will be PLACED in the Power Leg, will count as separate legs toward your Mega Cash Bonuses. ©2013 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. (11.13) Page 7
  • 8. Any time you cycle with a Mega Cash Bonus, you will earn a considerable amount. The amount will depend on what your own package is, and also on how many Platinum sales happened in your downline during that cycle. ©2013 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. (11.13) Page 8
  • 9. For one cycle to be completed for a Mega Cash Bonus, the computer program will: A. B. C. D. E. F. G. H. I. J. Look for all legs that have any new sales in that cycle. Once those legs are identified, it will count the sales in a timely order. It will not count more than 34 new sales in any leg for one cycle. On the Power Leg it will search for Platinum sales first and will count those first before any other package sales. On the Lineage legs it will count every sale in the order of the date of the sale. It will look for width first and only then the depth on each level. Once the 100 sales needed for the cycle are achieved, the computer program closes the cycle. The Mega Cash Bonus is generated for the CWU member, based on their own package and the number of Platinum sales in that cycle. The computer program resets the sales numbers on all Lineage legs to ZERO, but takes away only 34 from the Power Leg. A new cycle starts and the counting of new sales begins on all lines toward the next Mega Cash Bonus. Below is the Mega Cash Bonus Table that shows the bonus amounts: ©2013 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc.   • 10. 5. Upgrades Every CWU member has the opportunity to upgrade to a higher package any time they feel ready to do so. However, there is a certain time limit as to when can you upgrade during a Mega Cash Bonus cycle. You can upgrade in the beginning of a bonus cycle, before the sales counter in your back office reaches 25 new sales out of a 100. Once the 25 is reached, your position will be “locked-in” for that cycle, and even though you can still upgrade, your Mega Cash Bonus for that cycle will be paid at the level that you were on when your total new sales reached 25. Of course, your upgrade will result in higher bonuses for you in the next cycle. When upgrading, you will only have to pay the price difference between the package you were on, and the package that you wish to have. There will be no matching bonuses paid on upgrades, but an upgrade commission for the coded Sponsor. The upgrade commission is $25 when a Silver upgrades to Gold or a Gold upgrades to Platinum, and $50 when a Silver upgrades to Platinum. There are no limits to the number of cycles that can be completed and the amount of Mega bonuses that can be earned! You can cycle for thousands of dollars over and over, you can earn unlimited amount of bonuses, as long as you make sure that the importance of our live training events are duplicated all over your downline. Because let’s never forget the real purpose here. The real purpose is to make sure that your people are well trained in their networking skills, in their general business skills, and develop financial skills and intelligence that will make it possible for them to keep and multiply what they earn. Personal development and motivational trainings will also help them to become the person that can achieve the dreams they wish to achieve.
