How to Treat Them
Constantly delaying and putting off things until the last minute. Has

brighter and grass is greener.
Start with an easy task to get you going. Break big tasks into little
pieces. Don't punish yourself for failing. Ask: how the current task
helps with the overall objective. Listen and break down your own

deﬁned objective? Is there a prepared agenda? Are there determined
