COME PREPARARSI ALLA STESURA Bisogna conoscere: Libri bianchi, Action plans, documenti politici rilevanti sulle strategie Europee in materia; le priorità e le regole per la partecipazione; testo della call, strumenti disponibili in quella call; che cosa si vuole fare conoscendo i propri punti forti e quelli deboli, cercando di sfruttare al massimo i forti; conoscere quelli che saranno i criteri di valutazione che verranno utilizzati prima di scrivere la proposta, tenendo conto del fatto che si devono “convincere” dei valutatori esperti .

23. 3. PIANO DI PROGETTO REALISTICO I risultati devono essere ottenuti entro un limite di tempo , utilizzando un dato budget e gestendo il rischio . È quindi necessario: - una chiara visione del progetto, dei WP , delle risorse, ecc; - innovazione e creatività portata da ciascun partecipante; - il lavoro deve essere portato avanti da ciascun partecipante senza sovrapposizioni; - approccio manageriale per l’organizzazione, - l’assegnazione delle responsabilità ecc; - schemi per le tabelle di marcia, per il budget ecc.

25. 5. FORMATO, BREVITA’, GRAMMATICA, ORTOGRAFIA Un progetto non si giudica sulla base del peso! Bisognerebbe rendere la proposta una lettura piacevole, interessante e chiara , avendo pietà per i valutatori! Non essere verbosi, esplorando ogni minimo dettaglio! Non utilizzare i caratteri più piccoli disponibili!

NON E’ FACILE SCRIVERE UNA PROPOSTA Richiede tempo e fatica Bisogna sempre ricordare quello che i valutatori cercano in una proposta: – Rilevanza – Eccellenza metodologica e tecnica – qualità del management – credibilità tecnica – valore aggiunto a livello europeo – strategie per lo sfruttamento e la divulgazione dei risultati – suddivisione adeguata del budget – competenza ed efficacia della partnership
