We apply a client-centric approach. In dealing with human capital challenges, we design and

Our Approach to Assessments

We have access to, and are trained to use approximately 100 assessment tools from 9
different service providers. In this regard, we are able to select the most appropriate
assessments required in the particular role, as well as what will best suit the organisation.
We do not adopt a one size fits all approach. We are Tool Independent and offer a flexible
service.

        •     We utilises assessment tools that are registered with the HPCSA

        •      When recruiting, you have a better understanding of the risks associated with
               the individual’s appointment.

        •      We can include organisational-specific competencies in the assessment battery
               and individual report, to ensure that individuals match the organisational culture
               as well as the position requirements.

        •      Assessments provide you with information about the likely performance of
               potential staff that you would typically only get once they have been employed
               for 6 months to a year.

        •     Assessments allow you to identify how to manage an individual for optimal
              performance, based on their unique preferences.

Our Recruitment Process

Our firm combines an in-depth understanding of its clients’ business needs with a
confidential and sophisticated search methodology. As a result, we are able to identify and
source candidates well-matched to the specific requirements of the position.

Methodology

1. Job Profile

    From in-depth questioning we obtain a detailed analysis of the operating environment,
    the position, and the desired candidate attributes.

2. Engagement Document

    Utilising the above information, we construct an Engagement Document which contains
    all the relevant details of the assignment – our understanding of the client’s needs, our
    proposed approach, timetable and costs. When signed off by both the client and the
    consultant, this document forms the approved strategy for the project.

3. Finding the right candidate

    Those who are so identified, who fit the criteria are selected for initial interview

4. Interviewing of candidates

    We will interview suitable candidates, assessing individual competencies against the
    specific job requirements and mandate given.

5. Submission of short-listed candidates to the Client

    Only those candidates who prove to be a close match to the job profile will be submitted
    to the client for consideration.

    Our clients will receive a candidate Report comprising a Profile Summary and CV
    including the following checks undertaken (academic qualifications, police record, credit
    history, etc.)

6. References

    Where references are necessary, we will obtain these from the appropriate referees.

7. Offers

    We will, if required, communicate offers of employment to candidates selected by clients
    from the above process, and assist in their negotiation.

8. Contact

    We will remain in on-going contact with the client, by means of status reports and other
    feedback during the assignment, as well as after the candidate takes up employment.

Finding the right candidate Those who are so identified, who fit the criteria are selected for initial interview 4. Interviewing of candidates We will interview suitable candidates, assessing individual competencies against the specific job requirements and mandate given. 5. Submission of short-listed candidates to the Client Only those candidates who prove to be a close match to the job profile will be submitted to the client for consideration. Our clients will receive a candidate Report comprising a Profile Summary and CV including the following checks undertaken (academic qualifications, police record, credit history, etc.) 6. References Where references are necessary, we will obtain these from the appropriate referees. 7. Offers We will, if required, communicate offers of employment to candidates selected by clients from the above process, and assist in their negotiation. 8. Contact We will remain in on-going contact with the client, by means of status reports and other feedback during the assignment, as well as after the candidate takes up employment.
