For the efficient operation of a company, diverse kinds of actions are to be administered in a
rationalized manner and the chief management officials are solely accountable for the same.
Irrespective of the dimension of the firm, the administration needs to have suitable methods
to have control over monetary, industrial and administrative features. Development is

management which is willing to be dynamic and growth oriented or willing to succeed in a
fast changing environment, Human Resource Department is required. In fact the growth of
any organization depends upon the efforts and competencies of their human resources.
Personnel policies can keep the morale and motivation of employees high; however, these
efforts are not enough to make the organization lively and take it in new directions. There
should be incessant efforts towards increasing the abilities of the employees and an
enabling organizational culture is much essential in order to achieve the above mentioned
objectives.

found its elucidation and associate in getting information for their workforce records. HR
