36. Aegean Cruise
From Athens you shall set sail for Mykonos, with
its cooling breeze and endless beaches, the lively
atmosphere and the non-stop bustle of
its cosmopolitan and highly fashionable visitors.
You will enjoy both the sunset and the beautiful
sights that are spread all over this Cycladic
island. You will have your breakfast at Kusadasi,
the popular resort, which is only a stone’s throw
away from the fantastically preserved ancient
Ephesus.
40. Aegean Cruise
The serene power and spirituality of Patmos will
win you over as you approach its harbor. For the
evening another dreamlike sunset from the Greek
islands awaits you. The next morning you will
wake up having Rhodes, the island of the bold
crusading knights, at your feet. Stroll through the
medieval heart of the city and excursions to the
innumerable treasures of the island. To the
southwest, Heraklion of Crete with its Minoan
civilization and the fascinating myths will greet
you like a lost relative. In the afternoon you will
find yourself entering the world famous island
caldera of Santoriniwith its dainty villages
erected over the red rocks and the sunset
tenderly cloaking the sea.
