Human Resource Manager for each company. Research what you can online from company
website, other company materials and any other postings or articles. You will present the
results of your research and interviews in an APA formatted paper.The paper should
include the following:1. Brief Background of the companies,2. Your key findings from both
interviews on the culture of the companies and why the company is a great place to work3.
What is the employee retention strategy for each company?4. Describe business culture in
your own words. Why is culture so important? How does your definition relate to the
culture of the companies you interviewed?5. Which era of organizational behavior do you
believe each of the companies are in?6. What evidence do you have to support your
claim?These questions are just a launching point – review your learnings of the semester
and come up with three behavioral based questions above and beyond those listed above
that will allow your executive to answer using the STAR method that revolve around an
