The Superhero Scum Lead is addicted to the adrenaline rush praise, and attention that
comes from solving problems even ones that the team can solve on their own. While Scrum
Lead heroics can appear to help in the short term, over time , the negative impacts are
amplified. Teams are robbedof the opportunity to self- organize, experiment and learn
when theiy’re overly dependent on the Scrum Lead to solve all their problems
