- Child prostitution is a serious problem in Thailand. Children as young as 7 years old are kidnapped by “pimps” or sold by their own parents into prostitution.
- Prostitution is in-fact illegal in Thailand;Govtofficals take bribes!
- This whole cycle of border officials and cops serving as accomplices for kidnapping children for prostitution makes a corrupt government.Nobody not directly involved wants to stop the problem cause they’re all getting paid
- it has unofficial title “sex tourism capital of Asia”. Kids not being edu. cause pulled out of school for c.p---more brothels than schoolsChildren know no other life style/income think;” it is what is it”
- Treated as property; buying & selling for sex; Society promotes social inequality!! POVERTY.. People think the problem would get better if edu. was put into place; SO KIDS KNOW OTHER WAYS
- Still no kids being educated.. b/c they’re all needed for c.p industry!!, 50-90% of children rescued from brothels have HIV---Typically girls have sex with 10-15 men EVERDAY, sometimes even 20-30.
- Soo hard to find sex offenders and people b/c they are all underground(hiding)
- Best solution!! Its been proven that with education girls are not falling into prostitution as much
- Non-profit, has helped thousands of girls be protected and not go into c.p.!!
