Turnkey project comprising residential apartments buildings, villas, recreation center,commercial
buildings. Value approximately EGP 300 Million.
Technical office managing includes monitoring of , Break down analysis, Material takeoff schedules, bill
of quantities,cost analysis ,variation orders,technical queiries reviewing,owner budjet analysis report.
Coordinate with the AE for the material adoption and aprovals,finishing schedules with sample
mockups,coordinate and managing the clients finishing alternative samples and modifications as
requiremnts, submitting a detailed & shop drawings for the construction.
Surveillance for the execution to achieve a Quality assurance process , to ensure that standards had
been followed , using the inspection requests and NCR .
