Regional Call Centre intranet provides a login page for employees to access callback modules. The home page allows placing new callback requests that are either normal or require a manager. Employees can also check their assigned callbacks in the "My Callbacks" section and take necessary actions. When requesting a callback, all mandatory fields marked with asterisks must be completed. Each saved callback is given a unique identification number for tracking. The "My Callbacks" page allows searching and sorting callbacks by given criteria before clicking a link to view detailed callback records where comments and details can be updated.
