have hands-on experience in designing, procuring, manufacturing, installing, testing & commissioning. Our engineers have performed design
calculations, equipment code compliance reviews, quality control inspections, factory assembly inspections of BMU systems and finally the
performance testing on site.

VTME’s engineers are well versed with the facade access equipment safety codes, Construction Design Management regulations as well as the
European machinery directives. We understand the importance of structural calculations, conformity assessments to harmonised standards, typetesting of hoists and safety mechanisms, electrical equipment [safety], certificate of compliance and the CE marking. We understand the legal
requirements of 3rd party testing of products and apply such requirements vigorously throughout the design, procurement and installation stages.

BETTER AESTHETICS & ELEVATION TREATMENT:
We understand the importance of clean & neat looking elevations to an Architect and to the Owner. Poorly planned BMU systems are visible to the
passers-by and become an eye-sore to a beautiful elevation.
Our engineers can apprise the Architects and the Owners of the various options available and their impact on the external elevations. We provide
visual illustrations on the working and parking positions of the BMU systems along with various options to hide or reduce the BMU’s visibility. We
integrate the BMU systems well with its surroundings.

