4. Should do something= it is good
thing to do, it is the right thing to
do:
Tom should go to bed
earlier. He goes to bed very
late.
5. You shouldn’t do something= it is
not a good thing to do. Shouldn’t=
should not:
You watch TV all the time. You
shouldn’t watch TV so much.
6. Read the dialogue
Mum: Why are you home so early, Eddy? What’s the
matter?
Eddy: Oh, Mum! I feel terrible! I’ve got a sore throat!
Mum: You should take an aspirin, then! Go upstairs and
put on your pajamas!
Mum: Here you are, dear. How do you feel?
Eddy: I’m ill, Mum! Are you going to work?
