2. Dean Sainsbury
For this character, I had him wear a
bandana tied around his nose and
mouth, white sunglasses, and a
hoodie with the hood up. With this
outfit, his face is almost completely
covered, so you aren’t able to see
any facial features. The inspiration for
this outfit came from a band member
called Charlie Scene (Bottom Image)
from the band Hollywood Undead. Using those particular
glasses was a risky moves, because they are reflective.
Luckily, you only see them straight on for a few seconds at
a distance, so you aren’t really able to see the reflection of
the camera, unless you study the image carefully.
3. Ryan Delaney
For this outfit, Ryan showed up to film
with his North Face Jacket, so we also
decided to give him a North Face
Mask to go along with it. There wasn’t
really any inspiration for this outfit. The
only thing that really mattered was
that the mask covers the majority of
his face. However, these masks are
iconic in a way to heist movies.
Because they are easy to find, and simple enough to wear and covers your
entire face, minus the eyes.
4. Alec Meyer
For this outfit, I wore a mouth and
nose mask, and a beanie,
making it so that you are only
able to see my eyes. I also wore
a red striped Adidas hoodie. In
our initial idea, my character was
wearing a red shirt, but since we
weren’t able to follow through
with the idea, we had to scrap
the costumes. However is still
liked the idea of wearing red, so I decided to still add that element to this
new idea. The hoodies and jackets also give the sense that we aren’t fully
prepared for this, and that we don’t know to put the plan together.
At first, I would’ve wanted to have matching outfits and masks, but by
having each character wear a different set of clothes, and different
headwear, It doesn’t create such a serious feel.
