3. Orizin Proposed Solution – RFID based Automation
 We use RFID technology for tracking and identification of vehicles
with in close premises
 With this technology every vehicle whether stationary or moving
can be networked and identified without the need of line of sight.
 All communication happens through two type of sensors called
reader and tag/label
 Tags are tiny sensors that are pasted on vehicles. They have a
unique identification number making the vehicle on which it is
placed ‘unique’ and also some limited memory to store necessary
data like vehicle no, UID no etc.
 Reader is a device that can sense tags around its field,
communicate with them and transmit the tag’s data to the
LAN/internet /GPRS etc

Reader detects all
moving vehicles and
update server with
time stamp and vehicle

 Vehicle can be identified from a distance of 7-8m even when moving at a speed of
20 kmph
 Password protected verification allows only registered vehicles to enter ensuring
greater security
 Boom barrier is automatically triggered on verification at gates thus saving time
and errors as well as avoiding manual dependence
 Records event with date and time stamp
 Tamper proof features to avoid duplication or malpractices

6. Solution Details
Every Floor is RFID enabled which tracks and records the incoming
and outgoing vehicle details .
At the entry floor, there is a large display which shows the status of all
floor
The entire system is being connected with a
centralized server which tracks vehicle movement
and display information to each floor as well as
entry floor respectively. This is also integrated
with HR software to maintain employee records.
Every visitor is allotted a temp ID card and
their vehicle movement is also tracked floor-wise
Boom Barrier coupled with RFID at the entry
floor and exit floor to give selective access to
employees and visitors. This also enables
automated opening and closing without manual

Every Floor has got parking status display which shows the
parking status of current and above floor.
At the main building entry and exit, there is a display and
ID card reader. Employee can get to know their car parked
floor by displaying their card.
