accounting, financial advice and tax management services for small and
medium sized businesses and NGO’s. We have a rare mix of expertise in
finance with additional business consultancy services available through our
corporate office located in Kampala, Uganda.
We provide tailor made business accounting solutions for SMEs and NGOs
that enable management to focus on growing their business, instead of
worrying about administrational issues. Our solution consists of finance
officer to handle the day to day financial record management supported by a
finance manager and tax expert.
We offer a wide range of services including but not exclusively the following:

Data file setup
We set up your initial data file in
QuickBooks or other accounting
software. This includes the chart of
accounts and reporting structure.
We enable taxes in your
administration and make sure that
profit & loss and balance sheet
correspond perfectly with your line
of business.
VAT Registration
We take care of your registration at
the URA and obtain your TIN
number. We also register you for
VAT and every other tax necessary,
like withholding tax and PAYE.
Data entry (bookkeeping)
We take all bookkeeping out of your
hands. You just supply us with the
source documents like receipts and
invoices and we do the rest. We
enter everything in an organized
