3. Data file setup
We set up your initial data file in
QuickBooks or other accounting
software. This includes the chart of
accounts and reporting structure.
We enable taxes in your
administration and make sure that
profit & loss and balance sheet
correspond perfectly with your line
of business.
VAT Registration
We take care of your registration at
the URA and obtain your TIN
number. We also register you for
VAT and every other tax necessary,
like withholding tax and PAYE.
Data entry (bookkeeping)
We take all bookkeeping out of your
hands. You just supply us with the
source documents like receipts and
invoices and we do the rest. We
enter everything in an organized
accounting system so that you’re
always on top of your game. Every
month we supply you with the latest
version of your administration, so
that you always know how your
business is doing.
Digitalization
We digitize every source document

the URA and your auditors very
