1. Credentials for jobs 11/2/15:
While in college (The Ohio State University), I studied Pharmacy for two years. I
then studied Nursing for a year and a half, practicing nursing care in nursing homes
as well as hospitals.
I received my State Tested Nurse Aid certification (STNA) from the Ohio
Department of Health as well as my CPR certification from the American Heart
Association during this time.
I graduated Cum Laude with my Bachelors of Science in Human Development and
Family Science, which is the study of human ecology.
I worked in a medical office for several years throughout college as a Chiropractic
Assistant and an Electrotherapist, educating patients about properphysical therapy
and healing techniques/strategies to relieve their back pain. I am experienced in
clerical work, billing/insurance, patient care, reading and writing in medical care
plans, and patient advocacy. I am also proficient with Microsoft Office and learned
ICD-9.
I also worked as the Director of Customer Service, Procurement and International
Sales for a Biological Engineering company most recently. While employed with
this company I began research involving plant pathology methods, completed
account reconciliation and financial reporting, executed strategic data analysis as
well as marketing communications.
