EMPLOYMENT AND JOBS RECRUITMENT
• Employment is a term which is widely used for the people who
are engaged in business and earn money for their livelihood. In
employment the employer provides service or job to the
employee. The employer tells the employee where, how, why,
when and what part of the work is to be done by him/her. Here is
the brief introduction of employment and job recruitment.
Now a day the climate of the economy has made people weak in their job market.
So there is need of employment and job recruitment. An employee usually
advertises for the job, as a result they find many people who are interested in that
job and fill the empty position in that job. This is good and also a bad thing for the
society. The larger the size of the job opportunity is the greater the number of
people will apply for the job, but the problem is that the greater the level of pool
is lower than the needs of the person. To find a good or effective worker an
employer has to find a people who are well enough to do work in their jobs. This
will help the employee to increase the productivity.
So what you think an employer should do to fulfil the vacancies in their job? The
perfect answer by would be recruitment. Employment and job recruitment would
be right option that the employee should recruit very right type of people to fulfil
the job, which they are providing them. If this plan will work properly then the
employer will not have to search the whole bunch of people to fulfil their needs.
The process of recruiting a person is that much important as the process of
screening an applicant through. If the right person is not screened then it will be
problem for the employer as he/she will not be able to find the solution to their
problem or the solution which want for their problem.
If an employer has a job vacancy then there is a big process of finding the right
person, which they really want as their employee. Many times employer just has
to do basic advertisements in the classified section of advertisement, but there
are many other things which they should do in order to fulfil their job vacancies.
These things include trips of job recruitment, holding fairs of a job, and also hiring
firms to manage the process of recruitment for them. So you can understand that
