2. Sites are private by
default.
Click on the blue
‘Share” button to
change this.

3. This is the next page you will see after
clicking on the blue ‘Share’ button. Click
on the ‘Change’ link to continue.

5. In a standard Google account select ‘Anyone
with the link’. You can then copy the link that
is generated after selecting that option and
send it to others to view the site.

6. OR, you can leave the site ‘private’ and invite specific people. The
default access for this method is ‘can edit’ – this can be changed by
clicking on ‘can edit’ to see the options. To do this, type in their email
address as indicated below. When they accept the invitation and open
the site they will be able to collaborate on activities within the site.
