One of the services many of our
customers may not know about
is our concrete forming rentals,
and another is the tool repair and
maintenance shop that some of our
locations offer. Also, whenever I’m
discussing and reviewing any order,
I like to offer the convenience of
yard or jobsite delivery to help our
customers save time and money.
In your own experience, how does
our customer service set us apart
from other specialty distributors?
I’ve always believed that our everyday
goal at HD Supply - White Cap is to
provide service that goes above and
beyond our customers’ expectations.
My fellow Associates and I work
hard to deliver products and services
in a timely and professional manner
by knowing about, and using, all of
the resources that the company makes
available to us. And ultimately, our
objective is to become our customers’
first choice for anything they need to
get the job done.
