1. Calling All Volunteers:
JBER Girl Scouts is planning to host an Architecture, Engineering and Allied Arts Event on
October 15th, 2011 (all day). In order for this event to proceed we need some volunteers. This
is a one-time event for military Girl Scouts (Grade 4th and UP) and by volunteering for this event
you are not committing yourself to any further service or contact. Event Location is on JBER-
Richardson.
Purpose of the event is to expose the girls to careers, education, skills, hands on experiences,
and Technology in the fields of Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Design, and Fine Art.
Time Commitment: Orientation to the event (2 hours) on a day to be determined prior to the
event. October 15th, 2011 all day
Professionals (Active, Retired, Experienced) In order for this event to go forward we
need timely responses so that advertising

can go out about the event.
Engineers (structural, civil, etc)
