1) Cut cabbage into small pieces and roast in oil with salt until softened. Add water and cook further. 2) Add rice, cracked wheat and milk to the cabbage, then add cream, black pepper, salt and pepper flakes. 3) Make a roux by melting butter and adding flour, then mixing into the cabbage mixture. 4) Finish by melting butter with pepper flakes and pouring over the cooked cabbage food.
