Media: Blogger
Material: Computer, cell phone
U: Utilize Media and Materials
I will allow the students to use the classroom computers in order to complete the
webquest. If needed, we will go to the library or I will check out a laptop cart. If they complete
their webquest early and want to complete their homework, they will be allowed to use their
2. smartphones or the computer only after their webquest has been handed in to me. I will make
sure everything is up and running, and ready to go before they get to class.
R. Require Learner Participation
The students will have to complete the webquest given to them, so they will need to
navigate the sites given. Then, they will have to comment on the class blog with their answer to
the homework question.
E. Evaluate and Revise
Students will be evaluated on their completion of the webquest of their choice. Then, they
will answer a question for homework on the class blog. If too many students fail to complete this
task, it will be edited in later years. Either word count will be reduced, or it will turn into a class
assignment.
