In a recent press release, the AANS announced that
its online publication AANS Neurosurgeon has
garnered recognition from the publishing industry as
the winner in two 2014 Folio: Eddie Digital Awards
categories.

2013 issue, titled “Neurosurgeons and the Media,”
which earned acclaim for its progressive content and
value for readers. AANS Neurosurgeon received
awards in the B-to-B Standalone Digital Magazine -
General category, and the Association / Non-Profit
(B-to-B) - Standalone Digital Magazine - Less than 6
Issues category.
As the nation’s largest magazine competition, the
2014 Folio competition accepted 2,800 entries, with
800 finalists from a wide range of genres. The
winning entries were announced at a breakfast
awards ceremony in New York City.
