Cairo. (TQM Healthcare – AUC).
2012: Finished Hospital Management Diploma at the
American University in Cairo AUC with grade: A.
Attended, studied and passed the exams for 6
modules(Management & Leadership – Human Resources –
Marketing – Information Technology – Quality six sigma – Finance &
Accounting) also finished a project ( Marketing Strategy )

Mansheyet ElBakry Hospital.
2002 December: Bachelor degree in Medicine and Surgery at the

97.2% in YRLS: Yehia ElRafie Language School.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
2015:certified Basic Life Support and First Aid Instructor
for American Heart Association.
2014: Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support provider from the
American Heart Association AHA.
2013: Certified Basic Life Support provider from the American Heart
Association AHA.

2005: Studied at the CCF: Centre Cultural Francaise in Cairo and
finished the 3
rd
level in French Language.
1. 2015: Coordinator of Quality Assurance Unit at
Faculty of Oral & Dental Medicine MIU.
2. 2014:
Member of the Student Research Committee at the faculty of
Oral & Dental Medicine that started student research
( Assessing Oral Hygiene & Dietary habits and their
correlation with the blood glucose level, blood pressure and
obesity in adult patients at MIU Dental Clinic Complex)
Teaching students how to deal with patients, how to communicate
with patients also teaching them clinical skills and how to collect
data and write scientific papers. We worked on a sample of 500
patient till now a paper will be written about the research to be
published at MIU Dental Journal and other journals.
2. From 2013 till now:
Member of the board of directors of Dental Clinic Complex
at the Faculty of Oral & Dental Management at Misr
International University MIU.

3. 2012: Assistant Director of Business Development &
Improvement Unit at the Dental Clinic Complex – Faculty of
Oral & Dental Medicine MIU:
- Identifying our problems and deficiencies.
-Researching: the causes of problems and deficiencies, our situation
in the market and our competitors.
- Analyzing: our situation in the market, our competitors and also
gap analysis between our position and where we stand from one
side and the JCI high quality health care service standards from the
other side.
- Putting a strategy 3- 5 years… and an action plan that is big real
big but yet realistic.
- Developing:
a. Education process and programs to be innovative and effective
and to graduate a dentist with extremely high clinical skills and
knowledge.
b. Our health care service to provide highest quality health care
service that would meet the needs and expectations of the
community, population and the standards of JCI.
4. 2011 till now:
Head of the patient's Well Fare Department in the Dental
Clinic Complex – Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine –
MIU:
Responsible for: 2 main things:
A. Management of emergency cases.
B. Management, treatment and referral of medically compromised
patients.
C. Making schedule and following the attendance of medical team at
the Clinics.
D. Making and applying policy for Inventory of medical emergency

E. Making an updated Protocol for Medically Compromised
Patients.

5. From 2011 till now: responsible for marketing for
courses offered by Continuing Dental Education Centre
Faculty of Oral & Dental Medicine MIU :
Putting the marketing strategy for the continuing Dental education
Centre at Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine MIU and already we
started 1 very important course (MIU/DGOI ISp) Implant logy
Speciality Program that started on Spring 2012 with full capacity.
6. 2010 till now: Assistant Director of PR committee at
Faculty of Oral & Dental Medicine MIU
Responsible for organizing events for our faculty and the
conferences that MIU is participating, sponsoring or organizing. Also
responsible for the scientific committee contacting speakers,
communicating with them and receiving them and making all
necessary arrangements for them.
7. 2008 till now:
Deputy Head of the Academic Advising Center at the
Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine MIU :
Started as an academic advisor since 2007 and then on 2009
became supervisor and then on 2011 became deputy to head of the
Centre.
responsible for leading a team of academic advisors to help the
students graduate safely and on time and with the highest GPA
possible through:

1. Developing the faculty bylaw and knowing it by heart.
2. Teaching and leading academic advisors.
3. Making schedules to all students and advising them.
4. Drop and adding courses accurately and on time.
5. Follow up students especially critical cases.
6. Using a soft ware IT system to make schedules and add and drop
courses.
8. From 2008 till now:
Supervisor of the teaching assistants of the Basic Medical
Department:
includes distributing TAS on the labs according to their specialities
and also maintain the presence of one of our TAs at the clinics for
patient's well fare and to manage emergency cases so I make an
excel sheet schedule for each TA including his labs, clinics and
attendances, also a whole general schedule for the attendance at
the clinics. My work as a supervisor includes meeting with new TAs
yearly and giving them an orientation about the job.
Also includes supervising the work of the TAs and follow their
performance and report that.
9. From September 2005 :
Teaching Assistant of General Pathology at Misr
International University MIU:
for 3

year and then 2

year students at the Faculty of Oral and
Dental Medicine MIU: That included preparing the slides and
teaching them to the students by live demos, power point
presentations on Data Shows.
10. From 2006 till now:
General Practitioner as a member of the medical team attending
at the Dental Clinic Complex to manage emergency cases and
medically compromised patients.

TRAINING & COURSES WORK EXPERIENCE: 2015:certified Basic Life Support and First Aid Instructor for American Heart Association. 2014: Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support provider from the American Heart Association AHA. 2013: Certified Basic Life Support provider from the American Heart Association AHA. . 2005: Studied at the CCF: Centre Cultural Francaise in Cairo and finished the 3 rd level in French Language. 1. 2015: Coordinator of Quality Assurance Unit at Faculty of Oral & Dental Medicine MIU. 2. 2014: Member of the Student Research Committee at the faculty of Oral & Dental Medicine that started student research ( Assessing Oral Hygiene & Dietary habits and their correlation with the blood glucose level, blood pressure and obesity in adult patients at MIU Dental Clinic Complex) Teaching students how to deal with patients, how to communicate with patients also teaching them clinical skills and how to collect data and write scientific papers. From 2011 till now: responsible for marketing for courses offered by Continuing Dental Education Centre Faculty of Oral & Dental Medicine MIU : Putting the marketing strategy for the continuing Dental education Centre at Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine MIU and already we started 1 very important course (MIU/DGOI ISp) Implant logy Speciality Program that started on Spring 2012 with full capacity. 6. 2010 till now: Assistant Director of PR committee at Faculty of Oral & Dental Medicine MIU Responsible for organizing events for our faculty and the conferences that MIU is participating, sponsoring or organizing. Also responsible for the scientific committee contacting speakers, communicating with them and receiving them and making all necessary arrangements for them. 7. 2008 till now: Deputy Head of the Academic Advising Center at the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine MIU : Started as an academic advisor since 2007 and then on 2009 became supervisor and then on 2011 became deputy to head of the Centre. responsible for leading a team of academic advisors to help the students graduate safely and on time and with the highest GPA possible through: 5

From 2008 till now: Supervisor of the teaching assistants of the Basic Medical Department: includes distributing TAS on the labs according to their specialities and also maintain the presence of one of our TAs at the clinics for patient's well fare and to manage emergency cases so I make an excel sheet schedule for each TA including his labs, clinics and attendances, also a whole general schedule for the attendance at the clinics. My work as a supervisor includes meeting with new TAs yearly and giving them an orientation about the job. Also includes supervising the work of the TAs and follow their performance and report that. 9. From September 2005 : Teaching Assistant of General Pathology at Misr International University MIU: for 3 rd year and then 2 nd year students at the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine MIU: That included preparing the slides and teaching them to the students by live demos, power point presentations on Data Shows. 10. From 2006 till now: General Practitioner as a member of the medical team attending at the Dental Clinic Complex to manage emergency cases and medically compromised patients. 6
