produces an expensive SB varietal . Quite dry and refreshing, pale
colour.

sweetness, high mineral content. It is a variety suitable for cold

GEWURTZTRAMINER It is successfully grown in France’s
Alsace region, Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe. Some
compare this grape to Riesling because both are capable of
creating dry to very sweet wines although Gewurtztraminer has
spicier aromatics.
MUSCAT is perhaps one of the most versatile varietals in the
world and produces wines from very dry, to dessert wines, to
fortified wines (brandy and sherry styles).
