Outlook for the day
The market is likely to open on a positive note taking cues from the global
markets. Asian stocks registered strong gains leaded by Japan on a
surprise stimulus announced by the government. U.S stocks also surged
on positive earnings and Japanese stimulus. As per provisional figures,
foreign institutional investors (FIIs)/ Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs)
bought shares worth a net Rs 1754.73 crore on 31st October 2014.
Domestic institutional investors sold shares worth Rs 276.49 crore on that
day.
