On the other hand a leader is someone who motivates others to achieve a common organizational goal. Something in the future, something

two types of people. The ones who stand around waiting to be told what to do, and the ones who immediately take control of a situation. M
people will fall in the former category. The greatest leaders I have seen had no formal training, they were born leaders. I am of the opinion
