Neville Hobson
Neville Hobson, ABC, is an IABC-accredited communicator, blogger
and podcaster, one of the leading European early adopters and
influencers in social media communication for business.
He is Head of Social Media Europe for WeissComm Group, an
integrated communications company focused on the marketing and
communication needs of the world's leading businesses, based in the
London office.
Neville has over 25 years' experience in public and media relations,
marketing communication, employee, compensation and benefits
communication as well as investor and financial relations. He helps
companies use effective communication to achieve their business
goals.
Richard Binhammer
Corporate Communications, Dell Inc.
Richard is a senior manager in corporate communications at Dell’s
headquarters in Round Rock, Texas, USA. His career has developed
from provincial and federal politics in Canada and (mostly) successful
election campaigns, as well as lobbying, to corporate communications
in the USA, with a little art, photography, good friends and different
cities/regions to explore and enjoy along the way.
At Dell, Richard plans and implements strategic corporate
communications to achieve business success and support/build
corporate reputations. Most recently his responsibilities include new
efforts in social media. He is experienced in positioning diverse
business sectors, senior corporate executives, government officials
and community leaders with key constituent groups, including
extensive media relations and campaign/issues management.
Stephen Lamb
PR Manager, Microsoft
Stephen Lamb works as a PR Manager at Microsoft in the UK. He is
highly technical due to twenty years of experience in software design,
coding, architecture and implementation. Stephen has consulted for
many of the largest and some of the smallest companies throughout
Europe and further afield.
Stephen has been a keen advocate of both community and social
media for many years including six years blogging and three years on
Twitter (@actionlamb). He is well known on the conference circuit and
is very comfortable translating technology features into business
benefits.

6. Benjamin Ellis
Director and Co-Founder, Redcatco
Benjamin is director and co-founder of communication technology
house Redcatco. He has worked in the information and
communication technology arena for over 20 years, with involvement
in the Internet and on-line communities since the 1980's. From the
first intranets to today's socially networked businesses, he has
worked at the leading edge of technology in roles that have included
IT management, marketing and engineering, as well as an academic
background in both engineering and psychology.
Today his work is focused on social technologies in the business
environment, combining consulting, training and design. He writes a
number of blogs and has appeared on both radio and TV, explaining
how social media and social networking can help grow business
communities.
Kerry Bridge
Digital Media Communications, Dell Public Sector
Kerry Bridge is part of the Global Corporate Communications team
and leads Dell’s approach to digital media communication worldwide
for their public sector business. She is also part of the Dell social
media team that drives Dell’s central social media strategy.
Kerry has been with Dell for nine years. Prior to her current role, she
has held various communications related positions at Dell including
digital media communications, environmental communications and
internal communications.
Jamie Grenney
Senior Director of Content, Community, and Social Media,
salesforce.com
Jamie Grenney is Senior Director of Content, Community, and Social
Media at salesforce.com. In this role, he is responsible for the
company’s community development and leveraging its presence on
social media sites as part of the company’s effort to create an
ecosystem that enables customer success.
Jamie has been with salesforce.com for over seven years in a variety
of sales and marketing roles, including most recently as product
manager of Salesforce Ideas, the world's first cloud computing
application that enables the wisdom of crowds to drive innovation.

7. Michelle Goodall
Online PR and social media consultant/trainer - Econsultancy.com
Michelle Goodall is a consultant and trainer for Econsultancy, a
community where the world's digital marketing and ecommerce
professionals meet to sharpen their strategy, source suppliers, get
quick answers, compare notes, help each other out and discover how
to do everything better online.
She specialises in Online Public Relations and Social Media.
Formerly the Digital Director at Lexis Public Relations, she has over
13 years' online PR and social media marketing consultancy and
implementation experience working on award winning PR campaigns
and providing reputation management and social media consultancy
for many blue-chip organisations including Norwich Union, Coca
Cola, Domino's, eBay, Camelot and Diageo.
Sarah Wright
Enterprise Programmes Marketing Manager EMEA, Juniper Networks
Sarah Wright manages end user enterprise marketing for Juniper in
EMEA. This includes advertising, direct mail and lead generation
activity.
At Juniper, Sarah has created and nurtured a user community in
excess of 10,000 regular, active members using a combination of
social media and direct marketing techniques. In a recent
programme to promote Juniper’s Fast Track certification, they went
from a standing start to over 48,000 visitors this week and saw a
560% increase in certifications.
Henry Clifford-Jones
European Director, Advertising at LinkedIn
Henry Clifford-Jones joined Linkedin in 2008 as European Director of
Advertising. He is responsible for overseeing and developing
LinkedIn’s European advertising business and a range of solutions for
marketers to reach LinkedIn’s rapidly growing European user base. A
core part of his role is focused on building and enhancing
partnerships with leading European advertisers within the B2B, high
net worth and corporate recruitment markets. Prior to joining
LinkedIn, Henry was the European General Manager of contextual
and inline advertising business, Vibrant Media. He has previously
held a variety of management and commercial roles in digital startup
and publishing organisations.

8. Benjamin Schneider
Media Consultant EMEA/APAC, Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group
Ben advises public relations and corporate communications
professionals in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, as well
as Asia Pacific, enabling the most effective use of their PR and media
relations resources. He brings half a decade of experience in
traditional media intelligence and analysis, with accolades including
an AMEC Communication Effectiveness Award for Best Use of
Evaluation for a Single Event (Crisis communications). Ben graduated
from the University of London and is currently reading for a Masters in
Transnational Media & Globalisation, researching crowd-sourcing and
wiki strategies for consumer led news generation in the face of
journalistic objectivity. He is also a graduated Baritone from the Royal
Academy of Music.
