1. Hi, this is Lisa Sasevich. Welcome to the Sassy Buddha Bar. Here’s what I’ve mixed
up for you today to help you with your invisible close. One of the biggest
challenges that entrepreneurs have is they always ask me, Lisa, how do I say what
I do? I know what I do but then when somebody asks me, I go blank. Here’s my
Sassy Buddha Bar tip for you today.
In looking to say what you do, the best place to start is start with an actual person
that you’ve helped before whether you were paid for it or not, find a person, one
single person that has benefited from that transformation that you uniquely
provide. And then ask yourself what are the benefits, what are the results, what
exactly happened for that person of receiving my service even if it was just a
friend asking for help. And then what I want you to do is really look at those
words that you wrote down. Look and see and you can take it further by asking
what additional results happened as a result of that result. I want you to look at
everything you write down and I want you to pick out words that are really the
words that your ideal client would say to another person. Not fancy marketing
speak, but the actual way that people talk.
For example, when I talk to you about being tired of being the best kept secret in
your field or feeling like you’re reinventing the wheel all the time? Those words
probably really resonate. Why? Because they came right out of your mouth.
