Organic-mineral two components resin foam, characterized by low viscosity, excellent chemical stability, mechanical resistance and good adhesion on rock stabilization, cavity filling, protection and water proofing of reservoirs and aqueducts, water conveyance in water bearing stratum.
GLOBALFOAM-WR
Polyurethane resin, suited for sealing of cracks, joints, cavity filling, and for consolidation of crushed manufacture made of stone or cement, in presence of dampness.
In contact with water starts a chemical reaction that forms a closed-cells consolidating foam, which is waterproof and has a good chemical stability.
GLOBALFOAM PU-NF
Two-component polyurethane injection foaming-resin, self-extinguishing, ensuring high reactivity, excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability; designed for waterproofing and consolidation of rocks, friable land and structures affected by high-pressure water, as well as to convey water in aquifers and fill voids and cavities.
It penetrates into the smaller fissures and seals them even against significant water infiltration.
It always hardens, with or without water .It forms a stable, resistant, hard yet flexible foam, characterised by high chemical-mechanical stability.

“GLOBALFOAM-SP”
Formula siliconica y organico-mineral de dos componentes, caracterizada por su elevada capacidad de expansion, baja viscosidad, excelente resistencia mecanica y estabilidad quimica; disenada para impermeabilizar y dar firmeza a rocas y terrenos friables, para rellenar fisuras y cavidades y para proporcionar un revestimiento impermeable de paredes de depositos de agua y acueductos, asì como para el transporte de agua a las zona de embalse. La reaccion produce de forma muy rapida con una expansion de la masa de hasta 40 veces el volumen original. Tiene una excelente adhesion en materiales lapideos, es autoextinguible, no es toxico y no contamina. NO ES INFLAMABLE.
“GLOBALFOAM-WR” y “GLOBALFOAM-WR-NF (No es inflamable)” Resina poliuretanica indicada para el sellado de fisuras,juntas y huecos y para dar consistencia a productos triturados tanto de piedra como de hormigon en prresencia de humedad. Cuando el producto entra en contacto con el agua se produce immediatamente una reaccion quimica que forma una espuma reforzada de celdas cerradas, que se caracteriza por su total impermeabilidad y estabilidad quimica.
“GLOBALFOAM-PU” y “GLOBALFOAM-PU-NF” Resina de dos componentes poliuretanica para inyecciones, de elevada reactividad, excelente resistencia mecanica y estabilidad quimica; disenada para impermeabilizar y dar firmeza a rocas, terrenos friables y estructuras afectadas por venidas de agua de gran presion, asì como para el transporte de agua a las zonas de embalse y para rellenar fisuras y cavidades. No contiene halògenos ni CFC. NO ES INFLAMABLE

Ideal para la impermeabilizacion de rocas trituradas, para la consolidacion de terrenos y rocas que se deshacen con facilidad, y para el rellenado de fisuras y cavidades. Tambien ha sido disenado para construcciones, revestimientos y materiales aislantes, para el revestimiento impermeable de paredes de deposito de agua y acueductos, asi como para el transporte de agua a las zonas de embalse. This resin is especially suitable for bonding injection drill bolts because the resin cure within just a few minutes and the bolt can be loaded in a very short time.
It is a rapid-hardening and rapid-curing silicate resins. It is free of CFC and halogen. It may be used with overhead boreholes with large diameters as well since it hardens very quickly right after mixing.
GLOBALSTONE-LV
Organic-mineral two components resin, not expansible, characterized by low viscosity, excellent chemical stability, mechanical resistance and flexibility. Ideal for water-proofing fractured rock, consolidation of loose land and rock, crack and cavity filling. Also designed for construction, lining and insulating materials, protection and water-proofing of reservoirs and aqueducts, water conveyance in water-bearing stratum.

GLOBALFOAM-PH
It is a two component injection product, intended for cavity filling, air and gas sealing and the consolidation of highly fractures strata. It is applied using a metering pump and mixing gun.
The special properties of GLOBALFOAM-PH (rapid application, high expansion rate, high compressive strength, fire resistance and excellent antistatic properties) produce a cost-effective, quick and safe cavity filling solution. As it is classified as fire resistant, GLOBALFOAM-PH is also suitable for sealing off underground heating, for aiding fire-fighting operation in deep mines and to stop gas leaks.

Organic-mineral two components resin foam, characterized by excellent chemical stability, mechanical resistance and good adhesion on rock, suitable to fill the hollow-spaces behind the ashlars, cavity filling, protection and water proofing of reservoirs and aqueducts, water conveyance in water bearing stratum, gas leaks stopping.
Foaming reaction doesn’t suffer from presence of water. It is self extinguishing, absolutely non-toxic and non- pollutant.

THESE ARE REINFORCING ELEMENTS WHICH ARE TENSIONED DURING INSTALLATION. THEY CONSIST OF A ROD AND MECHANICAL OF GROUTED ANCHORAGE (RESIN INJECTION) COUPLED WITH SOME MEANS OF APPLYING AND RETAINING THE ROD TENSION. MECHANICAL FIXING ARE SUITABLE FOR HARD ROCK, WHEREAS GROUTED, FIXED LENGTH BOLTS CAN BE USED IN MOST ROCK TYPES. “GLOBALSTONE” Y “GLOBALSTONE-LV50” - GLOBALSTONE SEALING AND STRUCTURAL BONDING OF FISSURES AND CRACKS Y - GLOBALSTONE-LV50 SEALING AND STRUCTURAL BONDING OF FISSURES AND CRACKS (FLEX) - STRATA CONSOLIDATION Formula siliconica y organico-mineral de dos componentes, de baja viscosidad, sin capacidad de expansion, con excelente resitencia mecanica y estabilidad quimica. Ideal para la impermeabilizacion de rocas trituradas, para la consolidacion de terrenos y rocas que se deshacen con facilidad, y para el rellenado de fisuras y cavidades. Tambien ha sido disenado para construcciones, revestimientos y materiales aislantes, para el revestimiento impermeable de paredes de deposito de agua y acueductos, asi como para el transporte de agua a las zonas de embalse. La reaccion, irreversible tra la mezcla de los dos componentes A y B de GLOBALSTONE, se produce de forma muy rapida (1 – 2 minutos a + 20° C). Para su utilizacion a bajas temperaturas y necesidades de trabajo concretas, se puede acelerar la reaccion mediante la introduccion en el componente A del Acelerador K (0,5 – 1 %). El agua o las condiciones climaticas adversas no afectan la evolucion de la reaccion ni favorecen el abultamiento del producto que es de naturaleza principalmente inorganica. GLOBALSTONE no es inflamable y se endurece con rapidez; posee,ademas, propiedadex tixotropicas y no-tixotropicas che se manifestan nada mas producirse la mezcla de los dos componentes. De spués del endurecimiento, el material goza de una elasticidad residual y una excelente adhesion incluso en materiales de naturaleza vidriosa. No es toxico y no contamina. Caracteristicas Tecnicas a + 22° C y 60% HR Resistencia a la compresion: 50 – 52 MPa Resistencia a la flexion: 25 – 27 MPa
