1. Shifting Marc’s Bedtime Marc sets an alarm at home that reminds either him or his Wife that its time to move towards BED! An email is sent to Marc from his Wife, who is usually waiting for him at home! Marc is getting stuff done and being productive. Marc gets a reminder through his calendar entry that he needs to go to bed in 2 hours. Marc moves starts to wrap up what he’s doing and gets a reminder through an alarm on his phone. Marc comes home and goes to bed.
