 Designing maintenance strategies, procedures & methods with Maintenance Manager.
 Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
 Diagnosing breakdown & dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.

 Maintaining all tangible fixed assets (TFA) in an operable state to secure failure-free
production and occupational safety.
 Responsible for the timely and correct solution of emergency situations and failures on the
production lines with respect to the most effective utilization of working hours.
 Managing purchasing section in Maintenance Dept. (Looking for suppliers, Getting offers &
quotations, Generating POs & Finalize payment to complete the process).

 Modifying raw material pipelines by changing directions and extend the pipes to a new
area which is more efficient to the production flow processes.
 Modifying all clamp trucks pressure to be a variable hydraulic pressure controlled instead
of fixed hydraulic pressure.
