Currently I am working in Warid Telecom as Assistant Manager in Network Operation and
Support Services KPK Peshawar Region .
Where I am handling all KPK Region Site issues with a team including ,Team Lead,Asstt Engrs.
Vendor Team, and Technicians.An enthusiastic and career oriented Engineer having broad and
diverse Experience of 07 years in Telecom industry.
where I worked with different Mobile Operators (Mobilink, & Warid) in different Areas
(Central-1, 2 & 3 and North) with different vendors (EPTSC, Huawei, High-Tech,Extreme Engg,
Bahum etc).
A Motivated team player, excellent learner Engineer who started off from the bottom level of

KPIs all by taking complete End-to-End ownership, strong Follow-up with Teams.

2. • To manage all operational support tasks, including Genset and A/C O&M, general site
keep for all BTS and MSCs in the region as per defined KPIs.
• Looking after the CM and PM of a complete region
• Responsible for A to Z issues of a site including Project Management,
• Responsible for maintaining network quality which ensures customer centricity
• Mange field operations teams and their capability/competence development and team
building for the same
• Responsible for inter and intra departmental coordination and communication.
• To ensure strict implementation of processes for effective monitoring of OPEX and
ensuring all KPIs in this regards are also met.
• To closely monitor and keep a track of all network KPIs and assigned targets and ensure
mitigation of all risk factors which serve as hurdle for the region in meeting the same.
• To analyze daily analysis of nationwide outages, identify & lead the teams in resolving
key/chronic issues that are a cause for network outages.

team for all BTS sites, BSC and MSC/MGW sites as per assigned targets.
• Vendor management and performance Monitoring through contracted SLA/KPIs.
• Managing Genset Overhauling compile and Analyze due Overhauling requirement from
Remote Supervisors/O&M Vendors escalated the Job to OH Vendor and compile the
Periodic Inspection report of Newly OH Engine and escalated to OH Vendor for
Rectification.
• Ensure to verify and timely submission of Security, O&M Vendors and other activities
Invoices.
• Ensure proactive measures to control the OPEX and meaningful contribution in different
cost control initiatives without any impact on NW availability.
• Support Regional Manager for a good reporting mechanism of regular progress/
feedback to all relevant stakeholders. To follow up progress on various on-going tasks
with vendor management and internally report regular progress to all concerned.
• Verification of all spares, consumable utilized at sites under my area of responsibilities,
while also ensure quality used spares /consumables.
• Audit the sites with respect to Performance, Parts and consumables utilization and asset
verifications.
• Ensure smooth Operations of sites through effective support from SIA and Wapda /fuel
teams to ensure a cost-effective and efficient network Operation.
• Smart coordination among various units of the Operations Department including Site
Infrastructure, Refueling, Commercial Power, Site Build, BSS Operations, NOC and P&I.
• Maintaining database and reports to meet operation excellence manage and control the
outsource vendors who are assigned the sites O&M, including internal team of
supervisors
• Responsible for acceptance of sites from Projects/Rollout teams
• Arranging monthly and need based meetings with vendors for O&M related issues
which affect NW Regional KPI.
• Perform and manage Different Techniques regarding identification of Fuel Theft at Sites.
• Participation in monthly meetings internal and External Teams Regarding fuel,
Commertail Power and Opex Saving .
• Power Equipment & Spares Audit in Vendors/Subcon ware houses.

3. Worked as Team Lead Operation Site Engineer at EPTSC Pvt. Ltd Jan 2010-
June 2012
(Mobilink Project)
Major Responsibilities:
• To monitor the Network performance by RSL/ NUR/ MTTR Reports on daily, weekly
and monthly basis accordingly to show the overall agreed network KPIs are achieved
and ensuring justified cases against any case breaching MTTR.
• Responsible to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance to agreed SLAs
• Responsible to maximize regional performance with minimum penalty factor
imposed by customer
• Scheduling plans and arranging teams for support and visits to the sites to ensure
smooth operations & maintenance in the region.
• Co-ordination with Vendor/Operator for fault identification and rectification
• Representing company for the issues regarding the company Sub-Contractors, to
direct them to the desired level of services.
• Ensuring the timely completion of the SORs from OAN, Integration, BSS and TXN
deptt. Of the operator.
• Prepare and update site quality documentation, along with the monthly and weekly
analysis of the regions performance based on the audits.
• Submit project completion reports and documentation to the Customer and
Regional Manager.
• Planning and Performing PM, CM and Pred. Maintenance of all sites in required time
line
• Responsible for timely escalation of Genset Overhauling cases and their acceptance
after overhauling
• Responsible to arrange backup power in case of long shutdowns in order to meet
the agreed network availability
• Strong Follow up of sites facing External Alarms in order to pull site out of danger of
outage
• Responsible for overall activities in the region including new installations, system
upgrades and equipment swap
• Manage complete cycle of Commercial Power (CP) billing from bill collection to
payment, includes liaison with other departments (Finance, Operations &
Maintenance) for timely payments to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
• Ensure effective steps to reduce operational expenses of the regional Network
related to the energy requirements of the network.
• Taking strict measures in reduction of CP / Fuel pilferage and theft
Responsibilities as BSS Engineer:
• Troubleshooting and rectifying the radio and power faults at sites.
• Transmission, BSS, Rectifiers , Gensets. Working on Alcatel BTS and MW , Huawei
and Emerson Rectifiers and different types of generators.
• Monitoring and Performance reporting of Microwave network
• Identification and rectification of problematic Alcatel and NEC MW links
• Alarms identifications through and removal of these alarms in field
• Rectification of Critical, major and minor alarms.
• Follow up with vendors for all planned and unplanned activities.
