5. ARRA funded Lighting and Mechanical Retrofit in Federal Buildings: Asheville,
Greensboro, and New Bern, NC.
6. PV Roof Project – started in Raleigh, NC.

1. Re-commissioning of buildings: Goal is 25% of all covered buildings every 4 years
2. Energy usage reduction- 30% of 2003 use by 2015
3. Advanced metering: Goal is to meter all electricity by 2012, all gas and water by 2016
4. All future construction must meet LEED Gold Standards
