Introduction to PLCF
A 501(c)3 non-profit charity organization founded in Michigan in 2006 by
overseas Chinese students (EIN: 06-1768564)
Chartered to establish excellent libraries in the poorest areas of China to help
impoverished children receive fair, appropriate, and human-based education
Transparency, professionalism, and effectiveness
Concept: Pass love to impoverished children in China and encourage them to
pass love forward
Provinces with PLCF Dandelion Village Libraries: Anhui, Guizhou,
Shandong, Guangxi, and Sichuan
