Pass Love Charity Foundation (PLCF, EIN 06-1768564) is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity organization founded by two overseas Chinese college students in 2006. Inspired by the movie Pay It Forward (2000), PLCF passes love to children in poverty in China by helping them receive fair education. PLCF encourages the children to pass love forward.

A 501(c)3 non-profit charity organization founded in Michigan in 2006 by
overseas Chinese students (EIN: 06-1768564)
Chartered to establish excellent libraries in the poorest areas of China to help
impoverished children receive fair, appropriate, and human-based education
Transparency, professionalism, and effectiveness
Concept: Pass love to impoverished children in China and encourage them to
pass love forward
Provinces with PLCF Dandelion Village Libraries: Anhui, Guizhou,
Shandong, Guangxi, and Sichuan
