Touchstone joined the Group in November 2012. This increased our market rent portfolio in ownership or management to over 24,000. DC Leisure joined the Group in December 2012. This is the first partnership of a housing company with a leisure provider. RMG joined the Group just after the start of the 2012/13 financial year. Today the Group owns or manages 143,000 properties across the UK.

In house repairs team operates 365 days per year. Our dedicated, award winning call centre deals with an average of 1,500 calls each day. 232,000 repairs were carried out in 2011/12 – figure for 2012/13 awaited…. We have a £150 million five year stock investment programme underway
