2. • We chose Kamrul, from our group
because he looks the most appropriate
in terms of the descriptions people have
given. Because people have noticed that
the singer sounds like a white male
(refer to audience feedback video) we
chose Kamrul because his skin colour
suits the description the most.
• We had difficulty finding a person that
could be an actor for our music video,
hence why we decided that its most
reliable that someone from our group
acts. After a group vote, we chose
Kamrul.

3. Further Justification For
Chosen Actor

When we first heard Aviici’s ‘Wake
me up’ we thought that a white
male artists sang the song. We were
surprised when we found out that
the songs was actually sang by Aloe
bacc who is actually a black male
artist!

We found out that the original
version of ‘Wake me up’ was
actually an acoustic piece, but other
artists like Aviici remixed this song
and regained popularity.

Therefore we can justify our chosen
actor because it doesn’t matter what
skin colour you are, country music
now open to all types of people.
