AIM:Theaimwastodesignapravasibhartiyakendraatembassyroad,newdelhifortheindian
diasporafocuswaslaidontheirculturalandsocialactivitiesalongwiththeirbusinessmeetings&
conferences,andlearningexperiencesbeinggainedduringtheirstaywithprofessionalsand
exhibitionsshowcasedatsite.

10. RESTAURANT/EXHIBITION
ENTRANCEGATE:
Restaurantinsidethecourt,connectedwithallaccessiblepartsofthesiteservingtheluxuryoffood&spacetothepublic.
Andthedynamicformofexhibitionabovetherestaurantmakeambienceofsurrounding.Useofglass&solidwallstoplay
withthelight&shadowmakesitmoreattractiveplace.
Dynamicformofentranceattractstothevisitor.Itmakescuriositytothepeopletoseeinside,Theformofgatewayshows
theIndiantraditionofwelcome.Namaskarasymblewithtwoconnectingarchesshowsthetraditionalwelcomeofvisitors.
Thegradentrancewiththehugelobyspaceinthewaitingareashowsthegrandnessofentiresite.Themultifunctional
rampconnectstoentiresitefromtheentrance.

Centriumistheplacewherevisitorcanconnectwitheveryblockofthesitesothisisthemostvisitedplaceinthecenter.
Thecentriumisdesignedverycarefullywithlushgreenlandcape,thestepsforsittinggivesitfeelofOAT.Thegreen
bolconyatirstalsogivesdynamicexperiencetovisitorsfromtheramps.

Aesthecvalueachievedinmanyways:byenhancingbeaufulareas,creangnewones,or
screeningunaracvepartsoftheproperty.Usingfeaturesinalandscapethatimpactallfive
sensesaddtopleasureandenjoymentofthelandscape.
Aesthec
Landscapeincreasethevalueofhomeandpropertybyasmuchas15percent.Landscaping
alsoreduceenergycostsbybufferingseasonaltemperatures.Asresearchindicatesthatheat-
ingorcoolingbillscouldbereducedbyasmuchas30percentbytheproperplacementof
plantsaroundthehome.Sointhesite,properplacementofshadetreesprovidecoolingin
summer,whileevergreentreesblockcoldwindsinwinter.
Environmentalbenefitsofagoodlandscapedesignprovideclimatecontrolandmanyother
