The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of an existing commercial building in the heart of San Diego’s Little Italy. Reese Building Services, Inc. work in unison with Bluemotif Architecture to create the third and largest of the PrepKitchen concepts. Included seismic upgrade to the foundations and floor diaphragms, increasing the gas service to medium pressure, adding fire sprinkler protection to the entire building. An elevator was added to meet ADA requirements. The space was originally an office and we converted about 3000 square of the space to full functioning open kitchen. A 100 seat dining area and a 20 foot bar section finalized the build out.
