KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
I said in the ealier article about selling online that you can buy products to resell and keep
100% for the profits. In this article I am going to explain everything you need to know about
rights.
We'll start off with the least rights up to the most flexible rights you can buy:
Giveaway Rights
If you buy or are given giveaway rights you can giveaway the ebook/report for free. These
types of rights are great to build your list as you can give a good solid report away for free to
your list/customers.
Resell/Resale Rights
If you buy resell rights it means you have the rights to sell the products to your customers
who receive a personal copy of the product (in other words they can not sell the product to
someone else)
Master Resell Rights
These rights allow you to sell resell rights to your customers. They in turn can sell the
product to their customer without rights. Buying master resell rights can be good as then
you can sell on resell rights to your customers, so there more of a perceived value to the
item.
Private Label Rights
This is the best rights you can get. You buy a report but get the .doc or Word version of the
report which you can fully edit. Usually you can make as many changes to the text of the
document as you like, you can put your name on as the author, however you usually can't
claim copy right.

Rebranding Rights
You can sell/giveaway a report, but you can brand it with your affiliate links.
