HEALTH CARE REFORM: WHAT WE KNOW NOW,
WHAT QUESTIONS REMAIN
Join us as we address recent guidance issued by federal agencies under the health care reform law, explaining how that
guidance will affect employers that sponsor group health plans during 2014. The webcast will also identify any major
gaps in the guidance that will make it difficult for employers to meet their compliance obligations under the health care
reform law.
The webcast will:
Review the new compliance obligations employers will have under the health care reform law during 2014
Explain the guidance issued to date with respect to each of those obligations, as well as any additional guidance
needed and/or expected to fill major gaps
Discuss options and strategies for complying in the absence of guidance on various points
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
Identify the new employer compliance obligations for 2014 that affect their companies
Understand the extent to which those compliance obligations have been defined and the major
questions remaining
Know what guidance to watch for in the coming months and some options for implementation if the guidance
remains unavailable
