"Team CRM has done a tremendous job for the BASE IT jump program in supporting EPNY, GIS, New
DIS,OMS and FirstHop applications. They are not only controlling incidents, PT's and crisis but they have
also made sure the incident trend is reduced by automations and CR’s. Team along with SDMs and
Problem Manager have changed the perception of CRM from unstable to most controlled and stable
system. They have deployed n number of releases and accepted two new apps as in NEW-DIS Alfresco
and OMS-EPC products and considering the niche skillset of the applications it was a challenge., but the
team stood up and up-skilled themselves to support these applications much better than experienced
resources."
