Sean has carried out both CPT and VC operations since being on board. On deck during set up for operations, he is quick
to jump in and assist, even carrying out crane training to lessen the burden on the Operator. During much technical
difficulties with the CPT Sean was encouraged to assist with fault finding, showing a very keen interest to learn and assist
wherever possible a quality rarely seen in an Engineer of his experience and going beyond what is expected of him.
Despite all the pressure and stress of a difficult job, he is very aware of safety and is quick to stop, advise and assist the
I/C in such matters.
His data analysis is excellent, working quickly under very tight time constraints but maintaining high standards. His
ability to deal with clients is also excellent, being polite, confident and professional at all times.
