Feet together, knees caps lifted and thighs firm. Lift your chest and roll your shoulders back and down.Steady your gaze and breathe calmly.Bend your right knee and place the foot to the inside of your left thigh. Ground down evenly through your standing foot as your press your left foot into the right thigh. Lift through your perineum (pelvic floor muscles) and gently place your hands to prayer position in front of the chest. Breathe steadily and now raise your arms to the vertical and you reach for the ether and remain connected to earth.
