8. Roles and Responsibilities
Members, Moderators, Guest Moderators
• Members – To help and support each other, to
recruit new members.
• Moderators (DLD’s) – To be particularly attentive
to requests for help at least for the initial first 3
months, to ease down thereafter but still being
active members of the community and will
facilitate online or face to face sessions when
required to dig deeper into popular e-learning
issues. May respond with video answers
(patience please).
• Guest Moderators – 1 week stints to work closely
with the moderators to support the community.
