have interest from buyers
● Ask if they have considered selling their home
● Your expertise and services, and how to contact
you

6. Other Options
Hoping to sell the currently listed property to one

● Introduce yourself and your company
● Have they noticed property was on the market?
● Mention that the home buyer is often friend or
family of someone in the neighborhood
● Do they know anyone looking to buy or sell in
the near future?

7. After the Sale
Once the property sells, continue reaching out
● Mention that local property sold
● Buyers still want to move to the neighborhood
● Ask if they have neighbors who want to sell

8. Offer, Don’t Force
Don’t try to force them to sell
● Those interested have probably told you
● Offer them something of value
● They should have a reason to keep in contact

● If they are willing, preview home on the spot
