I would like to recommend Mr. Toney Higgins as a candidate for a position with your organization.
As Project Superintendent for Vykon Inc. Contract Number VA246--C-0663/0010 & 0011, Toney
managed the work on a project at this medical center to upgrade bulk oxygen tank, demolish
seven garages and one storage build, and repair the ACA and canopy roof at Building 62.
Toney did an excellent job in this position as was an asset to our organization during his tenure
with Vykon Inc. He coordinated multiple construction tasks simultaneously, aggressively and
independently handled scheduling, material and equipment, and subcontractor issues with open
communication with VA personnel at all times and successfully delivered quality, on time work. He
has excellent communication skills; he is a problem solver and follows through to ensure that the
job gets done on time.
Toney had an excellent rapport with the many VA personnel served by our office and was a valued
partner to the construction efforts at VAMC Asheville NC. This office would gladly welcome Toney
as superintendent for future projects at our site. He would be an asset to any employer and I
recommend him for any endeavor he chooses to pursue.
